Application

Product Pickup
Automatic return application will be made with the contractor (contracted courier) and the courier will visit within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Exchanges/Returns

Most exchanges are conducted through dedicated couriers, but please understand that other couriers may be used for dispatch due to shipping circumstances.
3. Exchanges and Refunds
Once the returned product arrives at the SSG.COM logistics center, exchanges and refunds will be processed after inspecting the product condition. (Other exchanges are not possible.)
It may take 2-3 days for the product to arrive at the logistics center and 2-3 days for exchange shipping inspection.
The delivery period is 3-5 days. If the product has had its brand box tag removed or has missing components, it may be difficult to exchange or return.
To request a return or exchange, please note that it is mandatory to provide a video of the unpacking of the package.
