This comprehensive cold medicine combines eight ingredients that provide excellent relief for painful cold symptoms like sore throat and fever.
1. Two anti-inflammatory ingredients, tranexamic acid and ibuprofen, suppress the inflammation causing painful cold symptoms, delivering excellent relief for sore throat and fever.2. The sustained-release antihistamine component, clemastine fumarate, suppresses cold allergy symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion). 3. The expectorant component, bromhexine hydrochloride, helps loosen and expel phlegm that causes coughing.4. Dihydrocodeine phosphate and dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride calm a troublesome cough. 5. Convenient aluminum PTP packaging for portability.

Take the following dosage with water or hot water. Adults (15 years and older): Take 2 tablets per dose, up to 3 times daily. Take within 30 minutes after meals. Under 15 years: Do not take.-Important Dosage Instructions- (1) Strictly adhere to the dosage and administration instructions. (2) How to remove tablets: Firmly press the raised part of the PTP sheet with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil backing, then remove and take the tablet. (Swallowing the tablet whole may cause it to pierce the esophageal lining or lead to other unexpected accidents.)
This medicine is a white film-coated tablet. Each 6 tablets contain the following ingredients: Tranexamic acid...750mg (Suppresses [plasmin], the cause of inflammation, to reduce throat swelling and pain.) Ibuprofen...450mg (Acts on [prostaglandins], the cause of inflammation and pain, to suppress throat pain, etc., and reduce fever.)Clemastine fumarate...1.34mg (equivalent to 1mg of clemastine) (Provides sustained relief from allergy symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing.) Bromhexine hydrochloride...12mg (Helps loosen phlegm, one cause of coughing.)dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride... 60 mg (Expands the bronchi and suppresses coughing.) Dihydrocodeine phosphate... 24 mg (Acts on the cough center to suppress coughing.) Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1 nitrate)... 25 mg(Promotes recovery of physical strength depleted by colds.) Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories:(1) Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or any of its ingredients. (2) Individuals who have experienced asthma attacks after taking this medication or other cold medicines, fever reducers, or pain relievers. (3) Children under 15 years of age. (4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of their expected delivery date. 2. While taking this medication, do not use any of the following medicines:Other cold medicines, fever reducers/pain relievers, sedatives, cough suppressants/expectorants, oral medications containing antihistamines (such as nasal medications, motion sickness medications, allergy medications), or oral medications containing tranexamic acid. 3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.(Drowsiness may occur) 4. Breastfeeding individuals should not take this medication. If taking this medication, avoid breastfeeding. 5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication. 6. Do not take for more than 5 days.
