St Cousair Kuzefuku Shoten Soy Sauce with Dashi (Japanese Soy Sauce) 130g
The soy sauce is made by a long-established soy sauce brewery in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture, by combining Japanese soybeans and rice koji, marinating it in a special soy sauce sauce, and then aging it at a low temperature.
To this luxurious soy moromi, we added Yaizu hana-katsuo (dried bonito), which is well-known in Kuzefuku's all-purpose dashi (soup stock), to give it a rich flavor and aroma.
You can fully enjoy the flavor of each soybean grain fermented in this soy sauce, and it is truly a soy sauce to eat.
Use it as a substitute for soy sauce in a variety of dishes.
