It has nothing to do with a back support product. The photo shows seven support plates, but in reality there are five. The product runs very small (by four sizes). The weight of the entire product is approximately 100-150 grams. I often use orthopedic belts. The lightest of them weighs around 400-500 grams.

The belt is not 120 cm long, but 115 cm, so the Velcro overlap is about 4 cm. I put it on yesterday, was afraid it would unstick and wore shaping briefs over it. From the very beginning, I wanted to buy a belt 125-130 cm long, but there wasn't one. The belt twists. I don't know what will happen during wear.
