First of all, there was a huge delay in shipping, even though you stated it would be sent immediately around the time of the release. It was actually shipped at least two or three weeks later. Then, you updated the date, leaving me with no proof that a delay had occurred, so I didn't receive any compensation. On top of that, the orange box was damaged; I forgot to hit play on the video while unboxing it, so I don't have footage of the packaging itself. I hope you will accept my unboxing video, as you can clearly see that everything is still wrapped in plastic and so on.

Everything okay in itself. I love the albums. Only the orange album was probably slightly damaged due to the flight. But otherwise everything in good condition and the products inside were completely 👍

I loved ittt and also got a Chanyeol photocard, mashallah, the luck! From the moment I ordered the album, I was praying for Chanyeol to come out😭 I loveee it
Both together at a relatively cheap price I loved them so much and will buy again
