At any time of the year, day or night, in any weather conditions, whether rain or snow, thanks to the installed remote-controlled gate drive, you can safely enter your property without having to get out of your car.
The DE250 set is designed for double-leaf gates with a single leaf up to 2.5 meters long and a leaf weight up to 200 kg (the entire gate weighs up to 400 kg and is up to 5 meters long).

KM-C01 electromechanical actuators are a solid and durable construction in which a high-quality inductive brushless motor is used. The brushless motor is characterized by greater efficiency and durability than standard brushed motors and also consumes less power.
KM-C01 actuators are also suitable for applications where there is limited space next to the gate and the post is narrow. The universal, multi-position brackets included in the kit make installation very simple.
The actuator housing is made of aluminum, providing high resistance to weather conditions, while the racks and gears are made of a high-quality brass alloy, ensuring increased durability and resistance to damage.
The actuator's range of motion during operation is determined by an overload switch, meaning that when a specific point (a bumper attached to the ground) is reached, the control unit disconnects the power supply.
The kit is equipped with robust, multi-position universal mounting brackets, which greatly simplify and shorten installation. These universal mounting brackets are ideal for double-leaf gates in virtually any configuration.

The set includes two keys for emergency unlocking of the gate. In the event of a power outage, manually unlock the actuators (using the included key), remove them from the leaf and manually open the gate.
The control unit also provides the option of installing an emergency battery power supply that will open the gate in the event of a power outage.
Control Unit Functions
The control unit is intuitive and easy to install. Thanks to the simple and intuitive LED display, even someone with no prior experience can program the unit. Power from the 230V mains is provided by a high-quality toroidal transformer, which eliminates unwanted voltage spikes.
• External Control: If you want to remotely open your gate from your garage, home, or anywhere in the world? No problem. Devices that can be connected to the control unit include: video intercom, intercom, keypad, phone control from anywhere in the world using an app (connected to the control unit via WiFi), and a universal radio receiver.
Thanks to the universal radio receiver, you can also control this device using remote controls from other brands. "Soft Start" and "Soft Stop" motors guarantee smooth operation during gate opening and slow down the gate leaves in the final phase of operation, ensuring gentle and quiet closing (avoiding slamming).
This function ensures high-quality operation of the actuators.
• Wicket function (for opening wicket gates or just one gate leaf), if opening the entire gate is not necessary, e.g., when you want to go for a walk or ride a bike, you can open only one gate leaf.
• Automatic closing -you can program the time after which the gate will close automatically in the control unit.
• Support for various types of gates, including gates in which one of the leaves has a closing strip where the gate operates "in an overlapping manner." This is made possible by setting the advance time of one leaf relative to the other.
• The device's operating status is indicated by an LED display, which aids in device configuration and diagnostics.
• Possibility of connecting an emergency power supply (12V or 24V battery), which ensures uninterrupted operation of the device even in the event of a power outage.
• Overload protection: during drive operation, the control unit continuously measures the actuator's operating current. When the value set in the control unit is exceeded (after encountering an obstacle, e.g., a car), the gate automatically stops.
• Optical protection: a set of photocells is included. When the infrared beam between the photocells is interrupted by an object entering the gate (before physical contact with the gate), the gate will automatically stop.
• Automatic locking of the actuator after stopping: you do not need to use additional locks on the gate to protect it against intruders. The design of the automatic gear ensures that after the gate is closed, the actuator locks and keeps the gate in the closed position.
