I received it in very bad condition. The packaging of both products was completely dented and torn. It looks like it was opened. No idea. But also the rickety fans do not work properly. You feel nothing. Hardly any fresh air comes out of one, it doesn't work at all. The other makes more noise than it ventilates. A lot of money for Playmobil plastic sticks. I have already reported it. For a refund or return. But it's been 3 days now and I'm not getting any contact. Every email address I could find gives me an error message. Today June 24 It still worked out. They responded. And I got my full purchase amount back. I didn't expect that. So I think this should be said. Even though the product was nothing.
