HSKE - Your trusted partner 100% authentic. Direct from authorized sources.

Kindly Reminder: Please take a moment to read the following instructions to ensure you select the right shoe size. How to choose the right size: Measure your foot length (from the most prominent point of your heel to the tip of your longest toe); if your foot length falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. Due to individual foot shape differences, an error of up to 0.5 cm is allowed, which is still considered normal. All our product are based on European sizes (EU). To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to the foot length provided in the size chart. If you are unsure of your size, use the "How to Measure Foot Length" guide at the bottom of the size guide to help you choose the right size. Please note that the CM size on the shoe box and shoe label does not correspond to foot length in centimeters. I paid 113 euros for these Nikes. I think they are fake. A single walk in slightly damp grass and they faded. In addition, the labels seem fake and the quality does not match real Nikes. Joom's customer service is dishonest. When contacting support, it goes in circles and you get no answer. I managed to send emails to customer service. Who initially replied by asking me to send photos, which I did, and then more photos of both labels, which I also did. And since then, no more replies, yet I am writing to the same address. It's a scam! Run away! I will contact my bank to see what I can do since I have no response. There is no question of me sending back the product whose return address is in China because the return is at my expense! For a pair of sneakers at 113 euros, it's shameful!!!
