Feature: Stronger Roller: Hardened and Ground for Durability Improvement The wedge overrunning clutch uses a special-shaped wedge instead of a roller as a wedge, and is a clutch that uses a wedge and an inner and outer race to form a friction pair. When there is no relative movement between the inner ring and the outer ring and the wedge, the steering is the same, the rotation speed is equal, and the torque can be transmitted. Otherwise, the relative sliding is performed. This sliding state without transmitting torque is called overrun. The wedge overrunning clutches are mainly of the basic type, without inner ring type and with bearing type. The connection form is divided into a key connection, a gear connection, a pulley connection, a sprocket connection, a bolt connection, and the like.
