Instructions for use: 1. Soak the oil stone in water for about 15 minutes; 2. Unidirectional grinding strength is uniform, and the angle is about 10%-20%; 3. After the knives are sharpened, remember to wipe them with wet paper towels or rinse them with water and dry them.
