Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace burnt or corroded connectors on the stator and regulator/rectifier.
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use high-temperature dielectric grease on all connectors.
Our stators may use a different wire color code than the original.
All wires are installed in the correct order. Do not change the wiring configuration.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as is.
Always use locking compound when bolting the stator in place.
If the stator includes a pickup coil, always ensure the air gap is correct during installation.
