★The long-awaited gray color is here★ ●This mat was developed to absorb body weight and reduce strain during static and rolling poses in mat Pilates. It's ideal for floor stretches, including abdominal and back stretches, as well as yoga classes that focus on seated and reclining poses. ●For comfortable support in mat Pilates, a thickness of approximately 10mm is required. Yoga Works' previous Pilates mats were made of 6mm thick PVC. A 10mm thick mat would weigh over 3kg and be unwieldy. Therefore, we've created a new Pilates mat made of NBR (nitrile rubber). The 12mm thickness provides even more cushioning. Its soft, supple feel makes it ideal for mat Pilates and other floor exercises. ●While NBR is soft and comfortable, its delicate surface can easily wrinkle when rolled. This 12mm Pilates mat features a wavy design on the back to prevent wrinkles when rolled. The product design prevents wrinkles on the back of the mat even when rolled up. [Caution] ◎NBR is a material called nitrile rubber. If you have any allergies, we recommend avoiding use or consulting a medical specialist. ◎NBR is a material that is susceptible to discoloration due to direct sunlight and fluorescent light. We recommend storing the product in a place away from direct sunlight, strong fluorescent light, and high temperatures and humidity.
