This lace fabric features a checkered pattern and a subtle sheerness. It's soft and not oppressive. It allows for visibility when the other side is bright. (It blocks the view while still allowing light in.) Made in Japan [Specifications] This noren curtain has no cracks. You can also make cuts with scissors along the center cut line. Be careful not to cut into the pole hole. It can accommodate poles up to approximately 2.2cm in diameter. (If using a tension rod, please consider the thickness of the caps on both ends. Some tension rods have removable caps.) [Key Features] We've created noren curtains featuring many of Japan's most beloved masterpieces. Ito Jakuchu abandoned the style he learned from Kano school painter Ōoka Shunto and copied flower and bird paintings from the Song and Yuan dynasties, particularly in the rich colors of those he painted. Jakuchu then abandoned this style and moved on to sketching from life, producing works with beautiful colors and detailed lines. However, it is hard to call them sketches; the colors and forms captured with Jakuchu's unique sensibility are displayed throughout his works. Please use them as room decor, souvenirs, or gifts.
