By relocating the ECU inside the seat box, we've achieved a cleaner rear view than ever before.
The number plate brackets are separate on the left and right, adding a sporty touch. Please note that storage space inside the seat box is reduced.
● Simple and sporty rear style with a fender-eliminating system
Yamaha Cygnus Griffus. This styling enhances the car's dynamic and sporty look with a more refined sporty look. However, the large rear fender gives the rear a slightly heavy impression. By removing the factory rear fender and eliminating the fender, a simple and sporty rear view is achieved. The number plate brackets are separate on the left and right. Includes an LED license plate light for the ultimate in simplicity.
●Relocating the OEM ECU Inside the Seat Box
Because the ECU is located inside the OEM rear fender, simply removing the rear fender does not create a clean, streamlined look.
Therefore, we relocated the ECU inside the seat box. Without the ECU behind, we achieved greater flexibility in our fenderless design.
The volume inside the seat box will be reduced. Also, please note that the ECU generates heat, which places restrictions on the contents and storage method.
*Installation Notes
- Depending on the vehicle, a resonant noise may be heard. Apply anti-vibration rubber or sponge as needed.
- The OEM battery cover must be cut and modified.
- The OEM license plate light wiring must be cut and modified with a connector.
- The ECU generates heat, so be careful not to block the area around the ECU with luggage or clothing. Also, full-face helmets and other items will no longer fit. Cargo space will be reduced.
