When transferring files from the old tablet, not nearly the most important ones are copied. It's awful when you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, only for customer service to delay your request until the 14 days are up. I was also asked to send a video of the transfer and the video recording of the factory reset. How can you possibly do that when the copying process requires more storage space than you're allowed to send to Joom?. This is a rip-off. I'll never buy anything from them again. Not to mention that I would have had to pay the postage to France.. Be safe when you buy something there. Return shipping will be expensive.

The practice of this tablet is total. Only happiness in receiving this computer jewel. Joom always offers products of the future at an affordable price. super Tablet, good quality. good sound and picture playback when watching videos. unfortunately it doesn't work to use the keyboard. even though Bluetooth is activated and it shows, you can only write on the display.

Since I received it, I use it much more than my own PC which is also good. I can play any game without it lagging and the downloads are dynamic and fast with my *400mbps* connection

Works perfectly , it was a bit of fiddling until everything was connected to each other via Bluetooth but now it works perfectly . Price-performance is top .

Ok tablet but the mouse doesn't seem to work and there is only 4GB of RAM even though it says 8 in the settings Ongoing issue with support we will find a solution to the problem. I will add an extra star. Sincerely
