This hard plastic organizer for a child's desk arrived broken, with no protection other than two very thin sheets of plastic, without any protective padding, or any cardboard box. Moreover, it is all white, without any of those cute little children's drawings seen in the presentation image and which give it its charm; and the bottom of the box, besides the fact that it is broken, is not identical to that in the presentation image.. And what's more, the carrier's (Cainiao) delivery person dropped the package in my neighbor's mailbox... who was absent; so I had to wait to retrieve it even though the carrier assured me they had deposited it in my mailbox. Arrived 15 days after the order. In short, this product doesn't deserve 1 star, but a zero, especially at that price. Even in good condition, it's not worth two euros. So very expensive. I would like either a refund, because it is impossible to give it to my granddaughters, or the return of a model that conforms to the one I ordered and in good condition.. Thank you !

The stand was packed only in film, without a box, so it's not surprising that one of the 3 connecting pins is broken. This is possibly why the upper part rotates poorly. A great pity. Support offered to refund half the payment or arrange a return. I didn't want to bother with the return and therefore am using the broken one

The organizer was received damaged, the lower rotating part is broken off from the upper part of the Organizer. The bottom of the Organizer is also broken. It's a great pity. How to hold pencils, pens, or markers in the Organizer is not clear.

Good organizer, rotates freely. Most likely it's for children. Thought it would look more serious. But it's good that it's spacious. It holds pencils, brushes, pens, and there's still space in the middle
