Here nothing spills out, because it closes securely twice - first in the compartments, then the pill organizer itself in half, and with a lock. An excellent idea, and implemented perfectly. Very convenient for pills. It is convenient that there are many compartments for pills of different sizes. One minus is that it stinks. I tried to wash it, but the smell, although less, is still present. I hope that the smell will disappear over time.

I didn't like the organizer at all. It looks cheap somehow. The clasp is strong, but everything looks rough, cheap... The cell covers are about to break...
