I've had it for almost two months now, so through daily use, I have no doubt that although it's beautiful in appearance (which looks remarkably like the very expensive iPhone 17 Pro Max), it's a phone that's quite slow in performance and even lags a bit, even though I've expanded the memory through the settings, which is supposed to increase the RAM from 4GB to 16GB. Despite this, the performance for a phone with 4GB RAM seems to crawl, because in today's internet conditions, 4GB RAM is really too little! Nowadays, you see good device speed performance from 8GB RAM and above (and don't imagine I've filled it with many heavy apps that cause it to lag, quite the opposite actually). In terms of external appearance, however, it's outstanding (everyone thinks I'm holding the very expensive Apple model in my hands, the illusion is almost absolute). Finally, after about three months of continuous daily use, completely inexplicably and after a standard system security update, it completely lost its ability to browse the internet (complete inability to find a 4G signal). Now it can only be used for phone calls, perhaps only (and even that is questionable, because after this unexpected malfunction, I stopped using it completely and replaced it with a model from another phone company). I have sent a relevant message to Blackview customer service, I am still waiting for a reply!. Finally, after I had enough and no reply came from Blackview's "customer service", I contacted the artificial intelligence of my phone, which immediately and effortlessly gave me the solution to my problem, which was to manually re-enter the APN settings of the mobile telephony and mobile internet service provider, which had been altered after the recent system update (which is why the internet wasn't working). In the process, however, I discovered a new problem, as the device doesn't let me enter my personal mobile banking account, because it doesn't allow me to manually or even copy-paste the one-time passwords (OTP) that the bank sends me in order to connect my new phone to my bank account (which is NBG). It's probably the National Bank of Greece's mobile banking app that is incompatible with the Blackview Wave 7c phone, there's no other explanation! However, if every time a new problem arises I have to consult internet artificial intelligence to solve it (since Blackview's customer service is practically non-existent), let's just say, it's better off without it! I just threw it aside once and for all and found peace! Now I use a phone from another brand that doesn't cause me such issues!!.
