The seller sent the wrong size, it was smaller than the information on Loom's website. Otherwise, the dog vest seems to be good. After some "complicated" correspondence with Loom, we received quick responses about action from Loom on how this would be resolved. Loom gets XXXXX (5 stars) for very quick handling. This was our first purchase from Loom and there will likely be more. Can be recommended.
