Delivered defective - can happen. So, support was contacted with photos and a descriptive video (see below), but they don't understand the problem, want another (!) video, and alternatively demand a costly return. Contacting via email reply is not possible (no-reply in the email) and blocked on the website because the case already exists. The only other way to contact is if the Joom app is installed on the phone. But I don't want to have the app on my phone. Conclusion: the shop is completely disorganized. This was the first and last time with Joom. Now I'm stuck with €25.

Unfortunately, the Xioami fast charger does not work. It has fast charging. I bought it to replace several chargers in the house, I hope it will do its job. Previously, I had another one from the same manufacturer, a weaker one, it charged very well, meaning the quality is top-notch. Although it does not replace the original 67W from Xiaomi. Anyway, I recommend it.

The charger is ok, but know that it doesn't have a stop at the transformer, thanks joom You know that it works but the cable that has a light bulb on the end goes out and does not burn but very weakly, when connected to the phone it burns normally and when disconnected from the phone it burns and after a few seconds it goes out and burns very weakly.

Item is ok but delivery takes forever. Also, there is no invoice, a shame. Thanks anyway.

Good charger, I'm buying not the first one, the first one has been working for more than 2 years, no complaints.

The cable is good. Only the adapter makes strange noises during charging via Type-C

Worked for half a year. After that, it died right during charging.
