Also same plates are so thin directly over your kneecaps they would prove NO protection from Impact at any speed! So the most vulnerable part of your kneecap is susceptible to damage. If the center plate was more robust it might be a decent product.. also the strap on the top is so short you can’t extend it enough to hardly get around your leg, especially if you don’t have Extremely skinny legs. Good idea, poorly made protection! Would recommend looking at a better design.
