Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to file a complaint regarding my shipment. When I placed the order, I already paid for the delivery. However, when the package arrived at my home address, the courier charged me for the delivery again. I believe this is not acceptable, as I was charged twice for the same service. Because of this experience, I am not satisfied and I am very disappointed with your service. Please investigate this issue and refund the additional delivery charge. Otherwise, I will not use your service again. I look forward to your response. Kind regards,

Absolutely satisfied. The case also protects the camera zone which is great, cause other cases don't have it

The product quality is good, but the mask received is for another phone brand or model.

ordered for Xiaomi 11T, it fits well, but didn't go very well to sound buttons
