Absolutely HORRIBLE app and company!! I ordered this plush toy on Aug 16th.. its now Sept 13th.. and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking said it arrived in Canada Aug 27th and thats it!!! No other updates. And Joom wont give a refund until Nov 21st if the item hasn't arrived by then. The original date to arrive was Sept 10th!!!!! So now we gotta wait over 2 months just to ask for a refund!!!! Absolutely horrific customer service!! Will NEVER over from this site again!!!! ALL other places/apps/companies would offer refund the MOMENT the item isnt delivered by the delivery date that was originally promised! And not just a refund but to keep the item once it arrives along with the refund! Terrible! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND JOOM TO ANYONE IN EXISTENCE.. ill be doing the opposite and be telling everyone and anyone to NOT order from JOOM.. dont waste your money or time or phone space for the app! HORRIBLE! EDITED : Now I cant even check the status cause this site put my order as delivered when ITS NOT DELIVERED yet!!!!
