Received the thermos in good packaging. In a box and additionally in bubble wrap. Arrived without damage. Made with high quality, nothing to complain about. Bought it as a gift, for my son. Thumbs up.

Doesn't hold the temperature. After 3.5 hours, the water was already cold, not even warm, but cold☹️don't waste your money, it's not worth it.
