Hi Can somebody contact me urgently about my order VL2MDMD7. When I plugged the jug in, smoke came from the base and the jug stopped working within 30sec. It appears that a 110V jug was sent and Australia has a 240V power network. Also, the jug was badly damaged...there was no packaging around the product box. Can I either have a refund or the correct product sent. A 220V 1000W jug. This is the only way of contacting you. Nothing else works. I can't find an email address or phone number. Thanks Garry Connelly
