I bought 2, and neither will pair to iPhone or Android no sound or Bluetooth i went on you tube and discovered a common problem of a thin small blue piece of tear off plastic covers the battery charging terminals. Once removed they charge pair and work good

These are crappy. They are difficult to get in your ears and as soon as you move your head theybfall out. Also, they are not noise canceling as advertised and overall quality is bad. But at the price, what did i expect...
