After approximately three weeks, different goods were delivered than were ordered - than are listed on the order and invoice. The converter is offered for the direction from HDMI and the direction to HDMI. The supplier swapped the goods, so it is unusable for me. I could not find contact information for support on the company's website in order to follow the recommendations for exchanging goods, i.e. send a description of the situation, required files with photos of the goods, etc. The links kept looping. Finally, I found out that the window for communication with support is not under the link "problem with goods", but under the link "query about the order", at the very bottom under the QR code for installing the app. There is an option to enter the communication address (it is verified there with a sent code) and photos describing the problem. Support replied that they would evaluate the query in 4 to 5 days. I don't see a problem with that.
Works as described! The picture is very good! I recommend it without reservation!
