Reproduces the later appearance of the 103 series 1200 with air conditioning, which was used on the Tozai Line. High grade (HG) specification. Newly manufactured AU712 cooler. The side bands are reproduced in blue. Each H rubber is reproduced in gray. The head, tail lights, and front display are equipped with a constantly lit board and an ON-OFF switch. The headlights are lit with bulb-colored LEDs. The front display is a color prism and lights up in a color close to white. The destination display on the front display is printed parts: ``Nishi-Funabashi'', ``Mitaka'', ``Rapid Nishi-Funabashi'', and ``Rapid Mitaka'' are included. The car number is selectable and a transfer sheet is included. JR mark printed. The shoelaces are printed in silver. Ventilator/cooler side run board painted. A TN coupler (SP) with piping is standard equipment between each connection surface. Powered by a flywheel, new current collection system, and black wheels. Adopts M-13 motor.
