Hello, I received the tea kettle I ordered, but unfortunately I am very disappointed with the product. There is a broken/damaged part on the handle, and the overall quality of the kettle is also much lower than I expected. The materials and workmanship feel very cheap, and the product does not appear to be of an acceptable quality. Although the kettle is otherwise usable, the damaged handle and the poor overall quality mean that I am not satisfied with the product.
