The packaging was so crumpled, re-taped with tape, that I thought the mill might be damaged, but no, I threw away the packaging, the mill works,!!!

Good mill, didn't expect it to be so big, mine was much smaller. The regulator doesn't work, I turned it all the way up and it still doesn't give a fine grind.
