Very badly cut...sleeves too short even though I ordered a size up....Very disappointed

I want to return it. Apparently, the thread ran out on one sleeve and it wasn't finished. They couldn't even secure it. And the lining is clearly from another garment, 2 sizes too big. How can they sew like that?????? In general, I am extremely dissatisfied with this package, there are 7 orders there. I already ordered the T-shirts one size larger, but they are one size smaller. They put in 1 glove instead of a pair. How can that be?

The jacket is just great! My size is 50, but I ordered 52, because before that I ordered 50, it was just right, but for a T-shirt, I sold it to the neighbor, and ordered 52 for myself. The black jacket for my size 52 is 5xl, a little too big, and the elastic at the bottom is very tight, but if I alter it a bit, it will be good with a sweatshirt, and the hood sticks out, but overall it's very light and cozy.
