Order arrived on schedule Happy with the dog bed, the only flaw is that it is not removable. Very soft

the cousin matches the photo but the cousins have shrunk a lot during transport!

The bed arrived incomplete. What in this situation?

The image does not match what was delivered. I ordered the 3XL, and it shows a picture of a bed with a Labrador in it, with 2 reasonably large cushions and a high, sturdy edge.. My attempt to discuss this with customer service was disappointing. I was repeatedly told that the description states that 2 small cushions are supplied and that nothing is mentioned about the height of the edge. The image is therefore misleading and does not correspond at all to what was delivered. The color is also more orange than dark brown and actually not nice. Furthermore, it is of reasonable quality and likely water-repellent.. Sending it back is too expensive if it's not damaged, so I just accepted it, but I am certainly not satisfied.

Slightly different model than the photo. The cushions that come with it are much smaller than depicted and the edges a bit less high. Otherwise, a nice basket/cushion. My dog jumped right into it.

What a mess. Don't buy this. All the seams are not stitched and are broken. Cushions are too small. Does not match the image
