Received it whole and working. The product is good. It works well, I use it every day for 10 days and no problems have arisen. The diffuser is 🔥.

Everything works. Took off a star for the packaging, it looks like it was lying around somewhere underfoot and then they stuffed the diffuser into it.

The diffuser was received intact, there are no external damages, the packaging is not damaged, but it does not work.

The product doesn't work, doesn't turn on. I request a refund for the product.
