Unfortunately, the watch is defective. The button for setting the date fell out immediately upon opening. Therefore, I would like to complain about the watch. Furthermore, I received both ordered watches in one delivery, but am supposed to pay shipping costs twice, which is not correct.

At first the clock appeared to be broken. It didn't respond and, despite being wound up, nothing moved inside. After several hours the clock suddenly started up and is now working. Hopefully it stays that way.
