Precautions:
1. After the heater is installed for the first time, it should be turned on several times to completely remove the air in the fuel supply system and fill the fuel pipe with fuel.
2. Before the heater is used, a trial operation should be carried out. The trial operation is to carefully check the leakage and safety conditions of all connections. If there is heavy smoke emission, abnormal burning noise or fuel smell, turn off the heater and unplug the fuse, so that it cannot run, it can only be used after being repaired by a professional
3. Before each heating season, an inspection must be carried out by a qualified installer to perform the following maintenance work: check the air inlet and air outlet for contamination and foreign matter, clean the outside of the heater, check the circuit connections for corrosion and looseness, Check the intake and exhaust pipes for blockage and damage, and check the fuel line for leaks
4. When the heater is not used for a long time, it should be operated once every 4 weeks for 10 minutes each time. The oil pump and combustion air fan should prevent the mechanical parts from malfunctioning.
5. The air inlet and air outlet of the heater must be free of blockage and dirt, so that the heating air duct can be unobstructed and will not cause overheating failure.
6. When replacing low-temperature fuel, the heater should run for at least 15 minutes, and new oil should be injected into the fuel line and pump.
7. The heat exchanger of the heater cannot be used for more than 10 years and must be replaced when it expires
