I ordered plus but got minus

Regarding the photochromic properties, there was some misleading information. The lenses are plastic.

They didn't last a week, the temple broke off just above the mounting screw.

They arrived intact, but the order said +3, and -3 arrived. What should I do with them now?

I can't see anything at all, the diopter size for close-up doesn't fit

They fit, my eyes don't hurt. But they are a little crooked.

Besides the fishing line at the bottom of the lenses, nothing else holds them in place.
