I ordered 1 lot of 15 trays and only received 5 pieces. However, it is indeed the 15 pieces that were invoiced.. There is no way to contact customer service, contrary to what is noted on the website.. I'm going to stop there, because if customer service is on the same level as delivery, I'm going to lose a maximum of time again.. In conclusion, I will no longer order from Joom. And count on me for negative advertising.
